Guess who's back home!!
The day that I'm leaving for Malaysia was also the day that Piccadilly line (the only line that head towards Heathrow) underwent severe delays. I was so scared! Obviously I don't want to miss my flight. I actually ran to catch the bus with my two luggages, thank God Atul helped me out with one of them, phew. Tell you what, dragging two luggages were not an easy job. And then, there is the stairs. Oh. My. God. I was at the underground station, alone, hoping the worker would actually give me some help at the stairs. But nope, none was given. Thank God for this one lovely lady who helped me out! I wanted to cry when she offered! T-T She looked like she just got off work and she herself got her own backpack to carry but still, she helped. May Allah bless her for her kindness!
By the time I got on Piccadilly line, it was all fine, Alhamdulillah. I actually reached Heathrow Airport super early! Najwa told me to check-in online to avoid hassle and it was definitely the best advice she has given me yet. Serious guys, ALWAYS do online check-in if possible! The queue for manual check-in was super long because it was a full flight and it was moving veryyyyy slow. Since I have already check-in, all I needed to do is drop my luggages. I got in the drop-bag line and within two minutes I was already at the counter. I heard one of the mak ciks from the long queue complaining to her daughter "Macam mana dia (me) boleh sampai depan dah?" The power of online check-in, muahhahahahaa. But serious, after this everything do online okay!
And tadaaa, all ready for my first flight alone!
Alhamdulillah, I'm safe and sound in Malaysia right now. The minute I got out of the car in front of my house I actually shouted "RUMAHKU SYURGAKU!" Haha. I went inside and my nieces were running towards me screaming "Acuuuu", continued with a lot of hugging. One minute later, they were crowding my luggages, "Acu, mana Elsa, mana Elsa" -____-"
Ahh, it is just great to be home.
