The Little Things

You know like how sometimes you just want everything. I want those designer handbags, those pretty dresses, more shoes and FitFlops. I want a brand new car, a hybrid if possible. A new Macbook, and iPhone 5S oh and why not an iPad Mini too? Take a flight abroad, travel Europe, stroll at the beach in Maldives or Bali. I don't know, you name it, I want everything! Even world peace!

Astaghfirullahalazim, those are all my nafs talking.

But sometimes, it slips off my mind that the little things matter too.

Today, would've been just another normal day but somehow it turns out to be special. Running some errands, window shopping in KLCC, deciding where to have tea, a glass of lemonade, a glass of coffee-milo thingy, toasted and steamed bread with a side of butter and kaya. It would probably be just another day out in the sun, a scorching one I tell you. But it wasn't just another day. It was today! I laughed like crazy to my own jokes (yeah I'm the kind of person who thinks she's too funny that she's joining Maharaja Lawak soon), I walked around pointlessly in KLCC and I had a long great conversation over roti bakar and roti kukus. It may seems like just another day but for me, it's different when you have the right companion.

The satisfaction of having a new item is nothing compared to having the right companion for it is priceless. May Allah bless me for another lovely day and for a lovely future definitely for in Him I trust most.

"Yeah exactly. Simple is so good" 

I think that I should start keeping things simple. I mean come on, why would I wanna complicate things right? Simple is the way of life, inshaAllah.

Anyhow, let me share my joke of the day here. I made this one up and someone made fun of me afterwards. Twas a good day indeed :)

I was driving and someone told me that the left lane was the safe lane and I was like,

 "What if the right lane IS the right lane? You geddit? Hahahhaha why am I so funny?"

"Oh my god, you are so funny!" *takes out phone* 

"Type MLM jarak Bihah ke 32888 sekarang. Please ah menang Man of the Match, I nak kereta tu"
